Been doing a few covers and classes so right at the top of this site, here's a post about upcoming classes, covers and such..
Sundays:10.30am Darlinghurst FF (cover for Zan today)
3.30pm Rockdale FF (permanent class)
Mondays:8.30pm Darlinghurst FF (permanent)
Wednesdays:8.30pm Rockdae FF (permanent)
Thursdays: 7.30am Market St FF (cover for Sofija for the next couple weeks) *45 min class

PS - I always thought it was really $$$ to come to a casual class (ie. not sign up, just drop in) to a Fitness First class but actually, I was gladly wrong! Come with a member and it's just $15, or come alone and it's $18 - very comparable to any yoga studio around. Nice!
