Let your true self shine through. It's time to explore & restore faith in yourself & your place in this universe because darling, you are beautiful.
Digitally or by hand, plant all your gifts and/or talents inside of that image. You can do so by listing words, painting or drawing pictures or by collage. Think about the self you show others & the self you are in private. Combine all your amazing attributes in one image. Be proud of who you are.
