Swami Sai Premananda shares a beautiful quote:
Practice love
until you remember
that you are love.
Lately I've been getting some stunning remembers that love is all around me.
THANKYOU to the most stunning students who have reminded me lately of this.
I've been teaching my regular Sunday night yoga class for quite a while now and it's a stunning class. The energy there is phenomenal, and such a perfect set up for the week ahead. So when a beautiful student gave me a little card and rose quartz stone, letting me know that she feels the same way - I was speechless.
Thankyou S, for giving me love. The feeling is mutual. xxx
So yes, I was absolutely floating high after this gorgeous gesture, and then I walked into the oh so quiet studio at 5:30am last week, to set up for the bright and early 6am class. Or should I say slept-walk! And there, waiting on the studio speakers was a little box from Australia Post. I had a brief moment of wondering what I'd purchased and forgotten about on amazon (love those surprises) but my mind was blank. I set the studio up, and took a seat while I opened my surprise box.
#Speechless part 2.
A box of goodies, and a card that made me cry.
Chai tea, soap, bath salts and a gorgeous little brooch - with a sweet card and a kindness card that said "
Someone has reached out to you with an anonymous act of kindness. Now it's your turn to do the same. Do something kind and leave this card behind to keep the ripple going. WakeUpSydney.com.au"I am totally awashed with love right now - and am ever grateful for my most amazing students: 1) that they would think of me so lovingly, 2) that they do such beautiful, random acts of kindness to make the world a better place.
I've often heard that you are the average of the five people you spend the most time with - in that case, I am pretty happy with who I am, because the people I spend the most time with in my life are damn amazing. I thank you all :)
Thankyou for helping me see, through you, that I am love. xxxx
