I did a bit of Guerilla Yoga (aka outdoor yoga) on the weekend and it was
SO MUCH FUN! Flipping those down dogs in the middle of Martin Place (Sydney) took a bit of getting used to, as skateboarders, families, prams, dogs and shoppers wandered past, but it was such a fun experience : )
I met up with about 50 other keen yogis from Lululemon and we practiced for 2 hours in the city centre - all for free! Check out the fun pics!
